Dr Kinney is a compassionate vet, he has cared for many of my animals both large and small. I recommend him and congratulate him on his new practice in Vernal. Dr Kinney made an emergency visit to my home a few years ago, my horse was covered in hives and gasping for breath. He took immediate action, stayed until my horse was up and on his feet. It took a couple of weeks for a full recovery, but I know Dr Kinney saved his life.

I am somewhat new to the area and was kind of hesitant which vet to go to my gut instinct picked Dr Kinney and I'm glad i did!! He was very thorough and told me everything about my cats dental procedure she needed he did an amazing job with her, and his staff, he will be our vet to go to i fully trust him with my cat, and I recommend him to other animal owners.

They always make us feel welcomed. My dog hates going to the Vets and now since we switched she acts calmer and not scared. I definitely recommend Altitude Veterinary 100%. Also Dr. Kenny is very explanatory and he cares about your pets plus his assistants are great as well.

Love love Altitude!! The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dr Kinney was able to diagnose my dog Scotty when no else could. He is very compassionate and really does care for the animals!

Dr. Kinney is amazing! Our 2yr old GSP was impaled by a stick and was pumping blood out of her jugular vein. We had to hike 40 minutes out of wilderness to our car and drive 45 minutes to Vernal. Other vets weren’t available but I called Altitude and Dr Kinney said “ bring her in!” He immediately sedated her and sewed up the jugular (We all have two! ) cleaned out all the internal bleeding, put a drain in and stitched her up!!! She barely made it and Dr Kinney saved her life. We are forever thankful!!

We had such an amazing experience with this clinic and Dr. Kinney! We had to bring our dog in for an urgent visit and I knew right away that she was in good hands. Dr. Kinney was even kind enough to follow up to check on her later that night to make sure she was doing ok! I have never had a vet show so much care and compassion. Their prices are very reasonable and they will definitely be our new go-to vet for all of our animals!

This is the only vet you should go to! They are absolutely amazing! They actually care about your animals. Don’t feel like it’s just trying to get your money kind of Vet! They actually remember who you are and what problems you’re having instead of having to always look at your chart! They are so friendly and kind and give you such a wonderful service! We’ve taken all of our dogs there even though we live 45 minutes away because we have lots of dogs.(like 10+.) and even though we’re that far away and there’s much closer vets we like them the best! Dr. Kinney is so kind and awesome! Their pricing is very reasonable and they do such a great job.

Our cat was injured and unfortunately needed a leg amputation. Dr.Kinney cared for our cat so well and did a great job. We picked him up today and he is just like his old self, minus a leg. He is eating well and trying to play. Dr. Kinney was not in a hurry to get him out the door. He made sure our cat was stable and doing well before sending him home. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
